KF-4500 is a 3-axis servo robot for up to 4500 kN injection molding machines. The side-entry arm works in the gap between platens, which is the right choice when headroom above the machine is limited and the part is light.

When KF-4500 fits your cell

  • Low headroom above the machine.
  • Short in-mold and dry cycle times on fast-running molds.
  • Light parts where a compact envelope is sufficient.
  • Cells where a top-entry gantry is physically not possible.

EOAT and integration

Light parts and short in-mold times mean the EOAT is usually vacuum-based and kept as light as possible, because every gram of tooling eats into the payload and cycle budget.
