KAW850S3 is a 3-axis servo robot for 120-260T injection molding machines. It handles straight take-out and placement, which covers the majority of standard molding cells without paying for wrist rotation you do not need.

When KAW850S3 fits your cell
- Standard take-out and placement where part orientation is not critical.
- High-cycle packaging and consumer goods where straight strokes are enough.
- Cells that already have downstream orientation or stacking equipment.

EOAT and integration
Three-axis cells usually run vacuum cup tooling for flat parts or mechanical grippers for parts with a grippable feature. If your part must be rotated before it reaches the conveyor, either add a downstream fixture or step up to a 5-axis model.
