KAW700D5 5-Axis Servo Robot for 60-160T Injection Molding
KAW700D5 is a 5-axis servo robot for 60-160T injection molding machines. The wrist rotation orients the part before release, so inserts, labels and position-critical parts arrive in a fixed attitude instead of being dropped.

When KAW700D5 fits your cell
- Parts that must be released in a fixed orientation rather than dropped.
- Insert loading: place the insert, then remove the finished part on the same cycle.
- In-mold labeling where the label must be positioned in the open mold.
- Cells where the extra axis removes the need for a downstream orientation fixture.
EOAT and integration
Because the 5th axis controls part attitude, the gripper can be simpler than on a 3-axis machine. We normally supply vacuum cup tooling for flat parts, mechanical grippers where a grippable feature exists, and combined insert-loading tools when placement and removal happen on the same cycle.
