Injection Molding Robot Factory & Manufacturing Capability

KEFAN manufactures linear servo robots, 5-axis and 3-axis take-out robots and custom EOAT at our facility in Yuyao, Ningbo, Zhejiang. Below is what you can actually verify before you place an order — the machines, the assembly line and the tests each unit goes through.

What we manufacture

• 3-axis linear servo robots (KAI700S3 to KAW1100S3) for 60T–400T injection molding machines
• 5-axis servo robots (KAI700D5 to KAW1100D5) with wrist rotation for orientation and insert handling
• Top-entry and side-entry robots for tight tie-bar spacing and low headroom
• Custom EOAT — vacuum, mechanical grippers, sensor tools and insert-loading tools
• Six-axis industrial robot arms (CX0808 / CX1015 / CX2518 / CX5022 / CX0614H)

Machining capability

Beam profiles, mounting plates and EOAT frames are machined in-house on CNC centers, which keeps tolerance control and lead time in our own hands instead of depending on outside subcontractors.

Assembly workshop

Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assemblies are built on dedicated lines, with each station responsible for its own torque and routing checks before the unit moves on.

Testing before shipment

Every unit is run before it is packed. Depending on the model and the destination market, that includes:

• Motion and cycle test — full stroke movement, repeatability check and take-out sequence verification
• Factory assembly and interface testing — EUROMAP 67 / SPI signal verification against the customer injection molding machine
• High and low temperature test — control cabinet and drive behaviour at temperature extremes
